This is the training guide I want it used almost word for word:


Hello Welcome to German Army training I am [Rank] [Name] You call me by Sarge Only (sir or ma'am for officers) From this point onward there will be no talking or moving unless I instruct it.

We have 3 major Sets of ranks here

First the enlisted
- Wear Olive Green pants
- Never call them Sir or Ma'am

Next the NCO
- Wear Olive green pants
- never call them sir or ma'am
- Train recruits
- Jager+ can fire up to Schutze

Last the Officers
- Wear Black Pants
- Always call sir or ma'am
- Train NCO and recruits
- In charge of HQ
- Can fire/demote/promote Enlisted and NCO that are within their promotion scale

When an officer enters the room We ATTENTION, we stand one quare in front of our seats , we do not move or talk until told at ease, as you were, or Ease. Lets try it (do it 3-4 times)

Your job here is to recruit new soldiers. We do this by sitting in the front row ONLY, if you need to do something away from the computer say AFK
(away from keys) or BRB (be right back). FTF (fill the front) when told to.
We recruit to become a stronger army.
